General Contracting: Design project, put together costs to complete project, perform work to complete, comprehensive supervision.  By having BLR Construction be general contractor on your project, the project stays clean, organized and finishes within schedule and budget.  A general contractor solves all the problems associated with construction projects, streamlining the building process for the customer

Remodels: Adam and Bruce meet with you, our customer, about what work you would like to be performed on your property. We draw up a set of plans, get subcontractor and material pricing, and come back to you with a estimate for cost of completion.  If the estimate is within your comfort zone, we move forward.  BLR construction performs the majority of work with it’s own crew led by the owners, Bruce and Adam.  Foundations, Framing, Siding, Interior Finish Carpentry, and hard surface flooring (Tile&hardwood).  By using our own crew, we maintain the highest level of quality control for the customer, and are actively on the jobsite everyday making sure the other trades are performing their work to our standards. 

Light commercial: Tenant improvements, whether you need a small business office renovated or a large warehouse transformed into your place of business, we can perform the work. On Budget, on Time
